Elissa grew up in Pennsylvania and went to Temple University in Philadelphia. She graduated with a degree in Secondary Education/American History and World Cultures. Originally planning to teach, she fell in love with real estate and marketing, and feels like it combines her strong business skills with her passion for helping people. She has been the president of the Building Industry Association Women's Council, a recipient of National Homebuilding Sales and Marketing Awards, and Bay Area Sales and Marketing Council awards. She has been a director of advertising agencies with a focus on real estate.
After living in the Bay Area, she moved to Cloverdale in 2005 to become the Vice President of Marketing for Christopherson Homes. A licensed CA real estate agent since 2009, she knows the Sonoma County real estate and business environment well. She has worked in Healdsburg real estate, is a former Cloverdale Planning Commissioner and past president of the Cloverdale Chamber of Commerce. Today, she serves as the Executive Director of the Cloverdale Historical Society and Museum of History.
She is a Realtor® who understands the importance of knowing what her clients need and making it happen. She asks each of her clients, "What would make this a good transaction for you?" For most people, buying or selling a house is an unusual experience. It's not something they do every day. They need their agent to help them with the whole picture. That's Elissa.
